Dragons

Contrary to popular belief, dragons are not immense creatures of prodigious size. They are in fact, about 2.5 metres tall when they walk upright (usually). Their scale colors are determined by their alliance to a particular Wing. Click here for more information.
Dragons may fly if their strength and dexterity are 5D. If there strength is 6D, they may carry a person, but must suffer a level higher difficulty when performing actions with the rider.
Dragons can breath fire or any other substance. Their talent is realted to Dexterity but the damage done is related to the amount of Mabical Aptitude skill of "Breath power", (e.g. a Dragon with Dragon Fire Breath : 4D (Dexterity Skill) and Fire Breath : 3D (Magical Aptitude Skill) would roll four six sided dice to hit, but if the Dragon suceeded, he would roll 3D for damage. Thus, a dragon can customise his own breath weapon. Breath weapons do not have to be weapons, Ithymil the dragon was able to breath a gas that increased her perception, while Targon the White was able to breath a healing gas. Dragons may have more than one breath weapon, but the second is a skill started from 0D, and a Dragon must have both the Dexterity and Magical Aptitude Skills).
Dragons cannot choose new skills in character creation such as History or Geography or newly developed magic (such as the Weave) since they have remained in Alluvin for a great many years.
Dragons are socially odd and reactions between them are terrifying to most people. They will create a stir wherever they go. Most items, (such as armor) will not fit dragons without customisations, which are usually expensive. (Eg : Dragons would be unable to fly if their wings were trapped in a suit of armor. The girth of thea armor would need to be expanded, as well as specially designed gaps in the armor for the wings and the muscles required to move them).
Dragons, unfamiliar with new magic, may have no skills except Breath Damage during character creation, since the Dragon Magic they have searched for for all these years has not been found and the new magicks were only discovered outside of Alluvin, to the east.
Dragons pay a 10% tithe to the Empire Of Alluvin or another good cause they have decided to adopt which ties into the natural dragon mentality (eg : Environmental Restoration would be a good cause, but fuelling the war machine of a country would only be good if they were fighting an obviously evil enemy).
Dragons pay double the Character Points for character advancement, though normal immediate use for Fate Points and Character Points remain normal.
Dragon skills must (when creating characters) fit the Wing th character is from, and thus the color is determined by the skills of the dragon. Even Multicolored dragons must have a chosen Wing and a majority of their skills should come from that Wing. Unallied dragons will have the penalty of less skills being available to them due to their lack of education (such as Scholar).
