Character generation, rules modifications and other useful information for players.

I would urge anyone who might be working in some type of leadership role (be that as head of a scout party or as party leader) at least know what the objectives are and make a significant attempt at structuring and ordering the party. It is a leader's responsibility to make decisions even when his or her own expertise may not be in that subject. A leader must collect information from the party in order to choose a course of action. Leadership is not a title it is a job. -William Elkins-
