Tips for relieving stress from wedding planning.
1st thing is to DROP EVERYTHING WHEN YOU START TO FEEL THE STRESS RISE.
2nd-take a brisk walk around the block, in the park or at the beach
3rd-treat yourself to some icecream or another sweet.
4th-if its just one thing stressing you drop it for about a week and then go back to it.
5th-get away from the house/city for a weekend
