Corn and Bean Salsa
10 oz. package frozen yellow or white corn, cooked
16 oz. can drained black beans
4 oz. can green chilles, minced
1 tbl. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
4 scallions, minced
lettuce leaves, sliced
Blend all ingredients, chill 1 hour, then serve.
