LOGGING IN
To access your subscribed service, you must first provide your personalized username and
password at the Login screen located on the Homepage. If you enter your username or password incorrectly,
you will be denied access and prompted to reenter them again. For security reasons, you will
automatically be logged off the system after 20 minutes of inactivity. In this case, clicking to
another page will require you to log back onto you subscribed service.
Auto Login
You can bypass the Login screen completely by checking the box labeled "Remember my ID & password." This
option is presented at the Login screen. For security reasons, we recommend against turning on the
auto login feature if you are using a computer that is publicly accessible computer.
Logging Out
To log off the system, click the "Log Out" button located at the bottom of the screen. This will end your
browsing session and return you to InfoLink's homepage.
VIEWING YOUR VIDEO STREAM
To view your live video, you need to have Microsoft Media Player 6.2 or higher installed on your
computer. Media Player works seemlessly with your Web browser to decode the video stream from your
Web cam. Media Player is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
Downloading Media Player
If you have not installed Media Player on your computer, or think you might have an older version of
Media Player and are having problems viewing your stream, follow the download link below:

After downloading, you will need to install Windows Media Player before returning to your
subscribed service.
Viewing your Cam(s)
You will view the live images captured by your installed Web cam when clicking on a camera icon.

Minimal Computer:
Pentium 90 MHz with 16 MB of RAM, 16-color display card, 16-bit sound card and speakers, 28.8-Kbps
modem (optional for local playback), Windows 95 (audio, illustrated audio, and some video.)
Recommended Computer:
Pentium 120 MHz or better with 32 MB or more of RAM, 256-color display card or better, 16-bit sound
card and speakers, 28.8-Kbps or better modem card or Ethernet card, Windows 95 or Windows NT Server
or Workstation 4.0 with Service Pack 3 (audio, illustrated audio, and video.)
