THE GAME
You're the owner, general manager, and coach of your very own football team involving real professional football players! You draft the players, cut or start the players each week, trade the players, sign free agents, you do it all! Everything you need to do to get your team to the Championship! What your starting line-up does in real life, generates points for your team versus your opponent, each and every week of the regular season and playoffs! Weekly, detailed reports are posted to the website for immediate results! 

YOUR LEAGUE
The league size is 12 teams, 3 divisions. Each team plays 1 game a week, head-to-head versus another team in the league. There are 6 playoff teams! The top 2 division winners get a bye in the first round of the playoffs so best records are, as always, important! You will compile a team by mail of 25-30 players in a 5, 3, or 1 stage draft depending on how early your league is formed, (new leagues). We consider our league ownership as "LIFETIME,"
so teams are put together, maintained, and rebuilt by dedicated, fun loving owners. You will get to protect 5 players after your first season, 10 the following season, and 15 the following season. PLEASE NOTE: We have added 10 team leagues with 40 man players! League #197 is the first, and it uses overall offensive units as an added position along with different defensive alignments for a complete team match-up!

POINT SCORING
Quarterbacks, Running backs, and Receivers:
TD's ( run , pass, receive) = 6 pts.   Every 10 yards (run, pass, or receive) = 1 pt. Each reception = 1 pt.
Receivers reception = 2 pts.   Each interception = -3 pts.

Place Kickers:
FG = 3 pts.   Missed FG = -3 pts.   PAT = 1 pt.   Missed PAT = -2 pts.

Special Teams (Kick-off and Punt Return):
Every 10 return yards = 1 pt.   Kickoff or punt returned for TD = 6 pts.

Defensive Linemen, Linebackers, & Defensive Backs:
Tackles = 2 pts., Assists = 1 pt., Sacks = 2 pts., Safeties = 2 pts., Interceptions = 3 pts., and Interceptions or fumbles returned for a TD = 6 pts. Two players from each of the above defensive positions start for you every week.

PRIZES
It was once said, "Nobody ever got rich playing fantasy sports. If you want to get rich, go to Las Vegas, if you want to have fun playing a great game with some good people, join us!" Our Superbowl Champions win a Superbowl trophy and a FREE season! A cash prize pool is also available if the league chooses! These leagues require an additional $25.00 per person. The Superbowl champion wins 2/3's of the pool and the "loser" gets the remaining 1/3! Regardless if in a cash prize or non-cash prize pool league, the Superbowl Champions win the Superbowl Trophy and the FREE season!

FEES
The cost for a full season of Castle Football is just $55.00, which includes the pre-season draft packet. We have flexible payment terms, ($30.00 deposit, and $25.00 with your initial depth chart. The depth charts covers your initial line-up, trades, and free agent acquisitions. Please make all payments payable to "CASTLE MARKETING," not "Castle Sports."
