May 28th 2005

Hey -- Just an update to let you know that I updated "Cousin's Prophecy", and "Dreams & Warnings", due to it having errors like conflicting tenses occasionally, and even a mis-named character once. It also had paragraph 'issues', that I noticed, and thought I should split things up more -- make it so that each 'paragraph' focused on one person's actions/dialogue, and so on.

Addition: I've posted a new vingerette (or however you spell that), to the "Charmed Lifes" section, called "Reactions" - Hope you enjoy!

May 7th 2005

Heeeeeeeeeeey! I'm back ... and with 2 new fanfictions so far - Odd Disappearances, which is a New Powers & New Lives story, and Bad Luck Breakout which resides in the Tomorrow's Lives section. Hope you enjoy! Also -- I've changed my email again, to reflect a gmail account, which is probably going to remain static for quite a while, so I don't have to play quick-update with all the email addy links on this site, heh.

There are other Charmed Websites that host fanfiction, but I used to frequent these sites, but upon checking them recently... Rex's Coven more or less has not been updated since May of 2003.

Hay's Charmed Fanfiction Site - It's been passed onto other people to update it, but ... I can't seem to find how to find the new site address.

Rex's Charmed Obsessed Fan Coven - Outdated, however it seems that the fanfiction appears to still be there, and you can check other things, but I think it's outdated as far as spoilers and news that this website used to have since May 2003.

Ack. It's nearly March already. ;) Not much new going on, although I am working on two projects ... well, one at the moment, and the other on temporary hiatus. I really hope everyone enjoys the totally new layout I've created using CSS/Html. I've posted a new unrelated story beginning to the "Unrelated Stories" section.

Oh, Plus -- If you have javascript enabled, you should see a nice menu I found on Dynamic Drive, created by Ger Versluis (http://www.burmees.nl/) , and modified by me, to reflect this entire site. If not, I've included a navigational menu on every page, on the bottom area, so one can either click on the menu above, or below, to access different sites.

The dynamic menu will click on the page you want, but in the same window, whereas the bottom navigational menu will open a new window, for ease of reading, and hopefully not having to backtrack sometimes! *grin*

Still January 2003:

Hallelujah...however you spell it! Heh. I finally finished my update to the website. Yes. It's ANOTHER layout. But I promise I should keep it as it is, since I enjoy this menu, and the navigational menus on the bottom portion are all firmly established. Please give me feedback on what you think about the new layout.

Re: Fanfictions -- Don't ask. I've been trying to start fanfics a lot lately, then keep getting stalled for some reason, but don't worry -- I'll do my best to finish something...sometime.

Again. I do apologize for the lack of fresh stories.

January 2003:

Ok. Rex's Charmed Obsessed Fan Coven is still working. No new fanfictions as far as I've checked lately, and it seems like their site is spotty on updates lately. That's mostly because Charmed is mostly new, then tons of repeats, and then a few new ones, and so on. *grin* Only the Hay's Charmed Fanfiction Site site is sorta in the air, although the site apparently does still exist. Apparently, no new submissions are being added.

I am still working on a fanfiction. I'm just not sure which one at the moment. *lol*

I hope folks really like this website, because I've tried to make it streamlined :) A menu on top, and a menu on the bottom part. I'm including a textual nav menu on the bottom part of every story page. For ease of finding the main serial page that you wanna visit. (i.e. "New Powers & New Lives", or the Buffy page, or my story page...etc.)

November 2002:

Hay's Charmed Site is completely down. I don't know what exactly happened to it. I know that it was changed hands at least twice, but haven't heard what the new website address is or not.

I've started writing a little bit more. I hadn't written since July! *ack* hehe. I think I had a major bout of burnout, but just recently starting to get back in the mood to write.

September 6, 2002:

*sigh* I've been out of fanfic writing for quite a bit, but I've also added this site to a fanfic web ring, in the hopes it gets more members, and hopefully point them to the fanfic yahoo group I've set up. :)

Yes. I do welcome submissions, but please try to limit it to one story at one time. ;)

Btw, would anyone want me to repost my Idea blocks on my website as well?

On other news, I'm still waiting for an author to get back to me on the story that she had posted on Fanfic-Emporium.

July 19, 2002:

Hiyas everyone! I've done two or three major updates. One is now the new "Author's" section, which will contain fanfictions that people submit to my new Yahoo group: "Fanfic-Emporium." Yes, there is only one fanfic in Author's Section, but it's only because I had just started the group. :) It should grow over time. I would be willing to add fanfictions, from those of you who aren't even on the group, after I read it.

Yes. There is now a general fanfiction yahoo group that I'm moderator of. Everyone's welcome to join! If you do join, please try to submit a fic, an idea, a character, a series/show synopsis....(I mean, any one of the above, or talk about a show that interests you, and what you think might make a good fanfiction.)

Plus you may see a new logo. It's because the counter I had, from a website, had moved to another new one, so I had to rejoin. I don't know for sure, but I think it does have a counter. I just have to log in instead of being visible when you get to the website. Oh well. It'll have to do for now.

June 14, 2002:

Uh. heh. I was in a semi-exhausted funk from writing, so that's why I took so long in writing anything. Then I managed to tangle the task of figuring out how to merge the two shows, "The Secret World of Alex Mack" & "Charmed", and managed to, somehow, by postulating that Alex had never taken the antidote when she was holding it up, at the show's series finale. And who better teachers, or guidance, than the Charmed Ones would be? But I didn't intend for them to reveal either's secrets so fast. I was reminded by a fellow member on another fanfic list, that she liked to have stories written, but withholding secrets until very late in the story chronology. Ya know, make them be friends for several months, and by accident they find out each other's secrets then, rather than at the first meeting. Example if this were at the beginning:

"Oh, by the way, I've got a secret. I can morph into liquid."

"Oh? We're witches. The most powerful ones, called the Charmed Ones."

"Oh."

Well. Maybe a bit too quick, but I'd have embellished this with an encounter that forced their display of powers. I might have made it work something like this, but with an encounter, but it sort of defeats the purpose of watching them interact, and trying to keep a secret of their own. She says it seems to work better, if they know each other, without knowing what their secret life is like.

On the other hand, I'm also working on another "Elemental Connection" fanfic, which is the next story in its time line. Expect it soon, but I can't guarantee when.

April 22nd, 2002:

Oops. Finally got a counter. Hope you like the rest of the site. I really enourage feedback, especially if people want to see a particular scenario happen. Although I may or may not actually do it, is another matter. But I'd definetly try to do it ;)

A birthday come and goes. I finally transferred the tracker over to the new site. D'oh... I just realized that I had forgotten. ;) (If I didn't have this, I wouldn't really know how many visitors I had) ...Oh ..that reminds me. Okay! I've updated a new story to the "Tomorrow People" Section, which is called "Jade's Anger", along with a new logo that someone fiddled around with for me. Hope everyone enjoys!

April 12th, 2002:

Hey again! I have been busy lately, as you can see, with the new frames webpage I have up now. I hope everyone has ease at navigating, and actually reading the stories. I know, not much new, other than the Fantasy Charmed Story, "Trial By Ring." I'm also working on a possible "Secret World of Alex Mack" Crossover with Charmed. Only 2 or 3 parts have been written so far, so keep your hats on! I've also recently completed a new Tomorrow People story, but I have to convert it to html, and post it very soon.

OH! I also forgot... If you wanna sign my guest book, be my guest....gads, what a terrible pun ;-). But seriously, go ahead and give me feedback via the guestbook. I just recently got one, and it may look drab, but I'm planning to fiddle with it eventually, and change its look.

Well, I've updated my fanfic site with 2 new fics, in the New Powers & New Lives Series, and the Tomorrow People Section. I hope everyone enjoys it. Also found a "New!" Icon for new fics, which I hope everyone finds easier to find the new stories. Happy Late Valentine's Day!

January 12th, 2002:

Here's a new addition to the New Powers and New Lives series, taking place inbetween Story 4 and 5. There will be Story 6 coming up soon, as soon as I can find it. I've also updated the look on the no-frames tables. I hope everyone likes the asthestic appeal.

January 3rd, 2002:

Happy New Year, and a Belated Xmas to everyone! Wow. I hope everyone likes this website. I discovered later that the non-framed website was royally screwed! LOL. That's okay. I've managed to correct the errors, and probably will be posting a few more fics sooner or later. What else to say? Oh, I encourage feedback on if anyone wants to see any particular 'scenario' happen with Charmed, or Buffy, or Charmed/Tomorrow People, and Tomorrow People New Series, just let me know! I know no one probably reads this anyways! *grin* Laters gators!

November 4th, 2001:

Wow. I managed to spruce up the frames version with loads of snazzy buttons that I created for each link to a story, or to a webpage. I hope everyone likes it! Please let me know what you think of it. Also, the Non-frames section probably will be the next to be renovated for a better look. I haven't decided whether I want to change it yet. I'm also working on 2 or 3 stories, but haven't had any urge to finish much lately, although I've been reading quite a bit of fanfiction lately!

October 20th, 2001:

Wow. It's 11 days until Halloween. I bet everyone has parties. I hope people have been able to check my frames version of this website. I'm going to include both frames, and nonframes, for those who can use only one or the other.

By the way, you should find this in both frames/nonframe sections.

October 1-2nd (ok..it's the 2nd NOW. ^_^.) :

Alright. No new stories, although I've been working on an idea for a Tomorrow People Spinoff of sorts, with similiarities in the same idealogy, but different tangent. Somewhat like Xmen Academy meets the Tomorrow People, and throw in mental evolution, rather than genetic disposition to break out as a Tomorrow Person. I hope it'll be exciting enough for folks. Maybe I'll even post the script I've started working on one of these days.

I've mainly only updated the stories themselves, as far as navigation. I hope you folks find it easier to navigate, rather than going back to the index menu everytime you want to read a new story. I found these 'arrows' on the web, and edited them a bit. Mainly changed their color, cuz I didn't like their transparent outline arrow.

Anyways. I'm also working on a story as well, for the Tomorrow People section. It's got 2 chapters so far, but I want to see if I can finish this before I post any more. Laters all!

September 13th, 2001:

Okay! I got the last few parters for "Fear of Darkness" completed. Finally. I hope everyone enjoys the twist in the story. I know the ending probably is a bit too rushed, but remember, Boyd *has* been gone a few months at least. Anyways. Enjoy the fanfics!

Well. I finally got up off my ass to change my fiction layout into table format. I think it looks good. Whaddya think? No new stories, other than Fear of Darkness, Part 5 that I'm trying to work on, at the moment. Should I post "Digimon" series that I had written here? Please answer, if you wouldn't mind? That's pretty much the only news I have at the moment, other than Happy Late Labor Day! I know Halloween's coming up soon. I'm a bit too old to go trick or treating, but... I still like halloween.

^_^. Almost put down August 2nd. :Grin: Anyways. New Additions! 4 parter story...SO Far. May add more to this series. This is about a 'pure' TP story (no crossovers, is what I mainly mean), and a breakout, and coming to terms with one's past. I hope you folks enjoy it! Sorry I hadn't updated in a long time. I've been busy trying to set up a new business venture. I'm also in the middle of creating a webpage for it, but it's a lot of hard work. Mainly at the moment, I'm scanning from the catalog I'm using, and breaking it up into images I'm gonna use, THEN creating pages, and posting them, etc. So... :Grin: Anyways. That's mainly what I have been up to lately, other than this new series.

Last night I managed to finish that fiction I mentioned earlier, and have adjusted my categories a wee bit. This is the 2nd parter in the Cousins Series. I hope everyone enjoys!

Wow. I actually managed to finish one chapter on a story. :grin: It's called "Legend of the Spirits", which is mainly about a novellized magic system I was kinda working on, for a RPG. It's posted up on the main page under "Stories So Far" Another fic is almost to be finished soon too. Hope you like the story.

August 15th, 2001:

He changed his website, which is now this url: Warpcycle's Web. They are expecting a baby boy, and just had their ultrasound images posted. I think it's so neat. They're also expecting around Janurary 10th. :) His name will be Login Matthew, which is pronounced, I believe, as Low-ghin. Not LOGin. I hope this is close enough.

In other things, since I have to keep things sorta related to fanfics. :grin: Anyways. I think a day is coming that I will definetly write something. Today I felt like I could 'create' a new fiction, and was planning on it tonight, but got too busy, but the time IS near tho. Never fear! ;)

Okay. I'm sorry I haven't credited him for the "Drew's Fanfiction Site" banner yet, but I am doing so here. The banner on the main page was created by Warpcycle, a fellow I know on IRC Undernet Server. Thank you!! It really spices up the main page! I'll ask his permission to post his url here, if he wants me to. He has a neat AD&D character sheet made for 3rd edition, which I *still* need to get the 3rd Edition PHB. But there isn't any stores nearby though. I'm still searching. And no, please don't recommend online stores, unless they take other than Credit Cards, and thanks for the suggestions if you were. I am also not a planner, but more of a spontaneous type of writer, so I am not sure which series will be added to later.

As of August 11, 2001, no new fics have been written, but don't fear, there will be more!

I personally think I might take a few days off. (Na, don't worry. That's usually normal for me, to take a few days off, when I've been busy with a fic or two at a time.) But usually, that could be cut short, as a spark of an idea emerges in my mind, and refuses to die. ^_^ I simply cannot put my 'pen' down. I have apparently unleashed a writer. I wonder who the writer is? The moody, introspective one, or the light, and bubbly, or the obsessed, must write, writer? I guess we'll find out in time! I've also posted a few of those fics I have here, on other fanfic-websites, and they have gotten posted. Especially the New Powers and New Lives series, on the fiction page.
