This was a contest for all the crew and staff at an IRC Server named TalkCity. The contest was announced around March 1st, 2000 with entry deadlines on the 15th, and prizes awarded on the 31st. Both these front menu pages appeared during the time of the judging and brought a first place award in the catagory of "Best Graphics." Along with the nifty Award Graphic came a cash prize of two hundred and fifty dollars.
