Entry Two

Well, let me just begin by saying last night was amazing! Today is July 18. The day after the 3eb concert. Well, I think we got there a few minutes before 7 pm, and Eve 6 began at 7:15. There was this one fan of them, who I affectionately call "White Guy," who was singing, dancing, and waving his arms. The lead singer of Eve 6 even acknowledged the guy. Eve 6 was very cool. Their songs are very catchy, and the guys seem very nice. Now, onto Our Lady Peace. In Sarah's words, they were "incredible." I think they are my new favorite band. "Superman's Dead" was so cool! Raine (the lead guy) let us sing the chorus alone, and it sounded so awesome. Third Eye Blind was next, obviously. They had the coolest set up. They began with "Thanks a Lot," and Stephan Jenkins (the singer) was sitting on this chair. He moved around a lot. And, for two songs, I think, the whole band sat on the stage with nothing else around them. Stephan also changed clothes a lot. I can't even begin to describe how awesome it was. I just have a few more words to say: slosh boy, cow boy (with udders), waving arms girl, free high 5. Bye for now.

Well, it's now July 26. I went driving this morning, up and down my street, and did 3 point turns at the end to get back up. After I had done that for a half hour, my Dad said we can go on the other streets. Well, I don't think I was ready. I stayed to close to the edge, and had trouble with the speed limit. I think the speed I prefer now is about 20-25. Maybe next time...

Yesterday I went out for ice cream with Deanna, Nicole, and Kelly. That was fun. Deanna utilized the tree line at Glenn's. It was silly. Then, we went to the Mall so Deanna could find a job. She has an interview Monday at four at Natural Wonders. I'll keep you posted as to how that turns out. Last night, I went to the movies with Nicole. We saw Ever After, starring Drew Barrymore and Anjelica Huston. It was a Cinderella story, if you didn't know. I recommend that everyone see it when it comes out on August 7, I think. Well, I am leaving for Saratoga, NY, on August 4. Then, I'm headed to MA to vist friends for a week. I think I'll be back on August 15 or 16. I'll try to write next week, and definitely about my trip.

This is Marissa saying "Mcforyamother."

Until next time, look at Mr. Pork, who happens to be hooked up with Green Girl.
