An Angel's Kiss

As with all the other poems or stories on my site,  please do not copy or use them without obtaining permission first. Email Peggie for permission to use an Angel's Kiss... Thanks, Peggy :-)

An Angel's Kiss was written by a good friend of mine, Peggie Bouse.  Peggie teenage sons were in a drunk driving crash.  Her one son, Geno, was killed and the another son will always be in a wheelchair because of a drunk driver!  We speak on Victim Impact Panels together often.  After the death of Chris's sister Ann last summer, Peggie, feeling our pain and wanting to do something for us, wrote us this poem.   To read more poems that Peggie has written visit her website My Memories.... AN ANGELS KISS
by: Peggie Bouse
We go through life so often
Not stopping to enjoy the day
And we take each one for granted
As we travel on our way.

We never stop to measure

Anything we just might miss
But if the wind should blow by softly
You'll feel an ANGEL'S KISS.

A kiss that is sent from heaven
A kiss from up above
A Kiss that is very special

From someone that you love.

For in your pain and sorrow

An ANGELS KISS
will help you through
This kiss is very private
For it is meant for only you.

So when your hearts are heavy

And filled with tears and pain

And no one can console you
Remember once again.....

About the ones you grieve for
Because you sadly miss
And the gentle breeze you took for granted
Was just an ANGELS KISS...
