Well ya see... Back when they were first making these candy things... they tasted like chalk... In fact, they were chalk... and umm... they ate them at night really late... They found out the actual name chalk was taken by... umm... chalk, yeah the name was already taken by chalk... So they thought to call them chalk-late... WAFERS, yeah... Chalk-late wafers... but ya know, it was like not selling very good, so... they decided to put a name in front of it... you know how it is... like What-his-faces-stuff and ya know, that one guys thing... So they saw this one guy named Necco from Puerto Rico... And the rest is history... Or just like a new candy... -FINI
