Further Ventures of the Eternal Goddess
A goddess lies sleeping in a black spray of water,
She did cry when the sun crushed sea pounded out a chant,
A moan of lust screams in her bed,
Shining sweetly in an aching dream.
A sheer mist of sweat covers her sweet brows,
As she lay in a swoon of ecstasy,
Her lover covers her body with her own,
As the deluge of desire begins anew.
The goddess of eternity and goddess of moon,
They two have joined in a heated embrace,
Sharing their two worlds,
Joining in delicate copulation.
The moon smiles at her godly lover,
And eternity shares her bliss,
They have entered each other’s womb,
As mother to child and lover to lover.
Then the eternal goddess wakes,
She is once again surrounded by her beautiful dreams,
The moon crisp in the firmament,
Smiling upon her in her delirious fit of rapid eye movement.
The goddess reaches her arms in praise of the moon,
"Take me!" She cries with longing,
Her lover fights the confines of her heavenly abode,
Trying to reach the one woman that she adores.
The moon can not leave the heavens,
Nor the eternal goddess the earth,
They are trapped forever in their separate worlds,
Loving yet never having love.
