My main idea for this page was to try to pass on some of my knowledge and experiences about this topic that I have learnt over the last few years. It is not my intention to become a great teacher on these subjects but to share a bit of information with people who have similar interests (I will put links on my page to other sites for people who wish to learn more). I feel the spiritual journey one undertakes on this earth plane is a personal journey, but we also need groups of like-minded people to help us on our ADVENTURE OF LIFE! The saying " you learn something new everyday " is so true for me, and the day I stop learning is the day I am one with the universe and the source (which I feel we will all be at some point in our existence). It's not neccescery to learn to be the smartest person on Earth, but rather what your souls lessons and desires for knowledge are. I believe in living life in balance of spiritual, mental and physical. What is right for one person is not necessarily right for the next. We all have our own paths to follow. Two things I hope people could do more in their daily lives would be:

1) Learn to use the WHITE LIGHT
2) Try to have Unconditional love for every living being

I would like to speak about point one for a while now -THE WHITE LIGHT - Can be used for healing, protection against psychic attack, energizing the body, communication with spirit, crystal work and much more! I will give some basic techniques on how to use the white light on this page! I am not an expert on these practices, but I am learning all the time and try to make the white light a daily practice! A technique for white light protection is-

1) Get yourself into a relaxed / meditative state
2) Visualize a tiny glowing ball of white light at the tip of your tale bone.
3) Breathe into this glowing ball of white light and visualize it growing and expanding.
4) As the white light grows, visualize it moving up your spinal column and filling each of the 7 major CHAKRAS (energy points on our body. If you are not familiar with the chakra system or it's many other names then see diagram 1 below or continue to visualize the white light energy moving up your spine). Continue to move it up through the crown charkra and out of the top of your head, so that the white light energy then flows out like a volcano and then flows down the outside of your body and forms a white light protective egg shell around your body!
5) Be sure the white light energy extends below your feet and above your head!
6) Visualize the white light energy as the most beautiful white light you have ever seen!
- This technique can be done as you wake up every morning, before you go to sleep or any time you feel you need some protection, it's a good idea to do this before any meditation or spiritual work is about to start! This technique can take from 2 minutes to 30 minutes to complete, depending on when you feel you are fully protected!

Unconditional love: - I believe there are two types of love, the physical type and the unconditional type. We need to try to have more of the unconditional type in our daily lives. Unconditional love is kinda hard to explain but I will try. Its like the love a mother has for a new born baby, the love a dog has for it's owner (dogs are very good at teaching this, and is probably one of the reason they are here), the love you feel when you see a beautiful sunset, or a beautiful scenery in nature! You don't have to walk around all day long with your head up in the clouds saying I love you, but try to have respect for everyliving being and realize that we are all on different paths that will eventually come together.No matter how good or bad that person is they all deserve the unconditional love and respect that you would wish upon yourself! I think if we all had unconditional love for everyliving being on this planet most of our problems would dissappear very quickly!

Ulysses Pastlives
Here are some of my Pastlives as read by Sande Two Eagles, various other Past life readers and from my own meditations / intuitions. Its good to see science is catching up and recognizing Pastlives.There are people out there that can physically remember their pastlives ( especially children ), others have hypnosis done, and others through spiritual means. I hope to one day have hypnosis done! here they are -:

- In my 1st incarnation, I was created for my home planet (not Earth). My home planet was dying due to our people trying to change the DNA to remove emotions (anger & jealousy etc). I was born with a gift of Strong energy. I was partly responsible for the way the planet was, as I was a genetic Scientist. My parents in that life time asked me to come and incarnate on earth, as my home planet will be no more! So my souls new place of incarnation is here on Earth from now on!

- My friend (Justin) and I were Samurai warriors in Japan, we were mortal enemies. Justin was born to a noble family. I was stolen from the coast of china and was taken back to Japan, where we lived within the Emperors courts boundries, but in a poor household! I was trained as a samurai since I was 3 years old for a tournament that went over several months.The tourament had a Prophecy that an earthquake would happen before the fight and a crack would split the center of the ring! We Slander each other in the narrows streets in the months leading upto the tournament. The prophecy came true and I killed Justin, but I was terrible mamed in the fight and could never fight again! Justin was cremated and I was the one to light the fire (Sign of respect)! Justin and I were friends in this life - I believe that we were surposed to fix this past life karma in this life - but to this date it has not happened!

- 17 year old name John Patrick, I had long red hair (born with the first name Patrick, but took brothers name to be my first name). Very good Crafts man, worked with iron - bit of a trouble maker. My brother 'John" was very religious ( posible a minister of a church). I hated my long red hair so I cut it all off! Did a crime and went to a London jail and then sent off to Australia. Came over on the 5th ship of the first fleet and my name is on the ships log book! Eventually pardoned and lived in Bendigo. Met an old man who taught me how to craft iron. My Craft work still on house in Bendigo. My girlfriend was a good artist. Born Scottish - left for Australia in June 1777!
- A British soldier came to Australia and found opals.I then went back home to England.
- I was a Japanese fighter pilot in the war with the U.S and Japan at pearl Harbour. I was a kamakaze pilot! I joined the Japanese army at the age of 14 and died at 18. My plane was shot down in such a way that I almost landed it in the water. There is a dragon marked on the back wing of the plane and I am wearing a gold dragon neck chain. The plane will be located around 2007, intacked, under a ledge where it has been washed under!

- I was studing to be a tibeton monk but found it boring and left.

- I was also in the Roman army in the Christan era! I was one of the soldiers at the bottom of christs cross

-I was born in Greece, but then moved to Rome. Studied Philosophy under a great teacher. Became a very young senator in the Roman Government. Got my position by useing someone to bribe someone else. Went with the Roman army to England, but stayed in the background. Brought my mistress with me and left my wife back in Rome! Later I settled in Gloucestershire. I started a school for young gentlemen, teaching philosophy and other things. I died at the age of 75.

- In another life I was an Aztec Priest. I Used to worship the Sun god and sacrifice young virgins by ripping out their hearts while they were still alive (yuk! maybe thats why I have trouble with the ladies in this life!) I also used to worship a crystal skull! One day something happen in our village and scared us off. We left our breakfast where it was and just took off. Some others and I burried a fortune in in treasures as we could not take it with us, and the location is still locked within my soul!

- Spent a quiet life as an Egyptian farmer!

- Was born in a small village possible in Wales, England. As a small boy was pick out of a group of boys in my village to be trained as a Knights Templer. A friend of mine was also picked out of our village! My name was Garret Percival. Faught in a major battle in the "channel Islands"( note: not called this now) between England and France. Travelled around Europe. Died at 47 years old. This pastlife is affecting me now as I am a "Truth" seeker, as the Knights Templer were always searching for the truth and the meaning of life. I will possible meet the women that was my wife in that life time in this life time. In that life she was a woman of small stature, but strong as she had to fight with the men to protect our village!

The Source and Gods
The gods / god that were spoken of in ancient texts like the Bible, Buddhist texts and many of the religions and spiritual systems of the world, were I believe beings from other planets and dimensions! Because of there " supernormal powers " or what it seemed like to ancient humans. There vehicles of light and fire (UFOs), powers of manifestation, advanced technology and some by making out and telling us that they were gods - we believed that they were gods or the god! The Pleiadian race was I think one race that was quiet often mistaken for gods, with there unimaginable technology and there beautiful spirituality. Others were also mistaken like the Orions, beings from Sirius and lyra, the Arcturians, the Elohim, the beings of Thiaoouba and others from other universes and dimensions! Humans and E.Ts at times in our history shared the Earth with each other, and after major Earth changes and mankind moving backwards instead of forwards, we just forgot about our past! So when the "gods" returned in many different forms we thought they were gods. When someone says the words god and creator to me I automaticaly think of our E.T family. The E.T's were the ones I believe that were responsible for creating the human body, namely the Elohim and the beings of Thiaoouba ( ther name pronounced as "Tyehouva" and translated by humans as Jehovah ).
The Source is what most religions are trying to discribe as GOD or the Creator! As I have tried to expalain above about god and the creator beings, they are of other planets, Aliens. The Source is undiscrible, neither male or female, a mass of brilliant energy ( In the center of the Universes?) and as far as I am concerned to far back for humans to remember! As the name suggests it is the Source of all spiritual creation, not necesseraly the creator of all Physicallity! As I believe the most physically advanced and spritually evolved beings were in charge of the creation of the physical.The souls were created by the Source for the purpose of learning and evolving spiritually everywhere in all universes!
