Here you see a few of my Leaving Prints United
Team instructors in our Leaving Prints booth at the One Of A Kind
Scrapping and Stamping Show. Leslie, Sharon, (myself) Karen Clark
and Carrianne.
Let's
welcome... Linda, Stephanie, Janet, Catherine, Patricia, Robin,
Willette, Collette, Patricia, Heather, Charla, Joyce, Cheryl,
Judith, Regina, Kirsten, Elba, Denise, Tamara, Carrie, Sherri,
Jennifer, Shannon, Keri, Tracie and Brandi to our Leaving Prints team!
I also would like to thank Leslie Pekarek, Phyllis Baker and
Catherine Heyd for being my LP cheerleaders for the month.
Each month I will pick three cheerleaders from our team.
You become a CL in many ways. Some of them being; offering
advice or suggestions, submitting sales strategies, layouts or
fliers to the group.
Cheerleaders get a Leaving Prints CL gift sent to
them.
Don't forget to place your
December Order!
I will send a gift to
anyone in my downline that
places their December order and emails or instant
messages me to let me know!
Who needs some class ideas? Who likes a class
outline all ready and waiting for you so that you can get out there
and hold those classes with ease? I have put together a class
outline and (with help from my model Chele) some project sheets
in which you give to your class attendees to guide them
through the process and then to take home for future
reference.

BUILDING YOUR ORGANIZATION
'The speed of the leader determines the
speed of the pack.'
1) Catch Your Vision
* What you
see is what you can be
* Four
vision levels of people
a) wonderers -people
who never see it.
b) followers -people
who see it but never pursue it.
c) achievers -people
who see it and pursue it.
d) leaders -people who
see it, pursue it and help others see it.
WHICH ONE ARE YOU?
2) If you had anything you wanted.
3) Paint the picture for them.
4) Create team spirit
5) Ask for commitments of your team.
6) Be a coach and be coachable yourself.
7) Ask your team to share and direct in your
goals.
8) Help your team grow-your team never stays the
same-you grow or shrink.
9) Always do whatever it takes for your team's
success.
10) Help all consultants reach their full
potential and promote to the next level.
11) Find team players - positive, enthusiastic
women and men who are willing to make a
time commitment to help build your
organization.
12) Identify future managers.
13) Building a team of "Do-ers."
14) Delegate responsibility to people on your team
- help them grow.
15) Always know your numbers and track your
progress as well as the progress of your
successline.
16) Take "maintenance" out of your vocabulary -
you cannot go to the next level if you
are only maintaining. You need to be growing every
month.
17) Provide training for yourself and each member
on your team.
Leadership is the Challenge to be
something more than average!
Have a blessed Christmas! Karen
