- Addison County - Vermont Open Circle of Wicca & Wicce is a public neo-Pagan society and non-profit organization based in Addison County, Vermont. Our mission is to unite Pagans living in Vermont, to create a strong Pagan community within our Green Mountain State. The Circle works proactively to educate the general public on the truth about Pagan religions, and reactively to local discrimination and harassment.
