Measuring Sticks

Forgive my artwork here.  Creating giffs is not my forte.
A real decorative measuring stick to use through the years.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut a piece of plywood 2" wide and 5' long.  Paint 26 2" sections in assorted colours.
Leave the top end a solid colour.
Glue measuring tape along the edge of stick. Make sure to start at the bottom.
Paint child's name at the top.  Drill hole to hang.
Decorate the smaller squares with paint, decoupage, or stickers.
Coat with verathane and hang!
Mark your measurements with magic marker.
