Resolution 1-2000 (Procedural)

All active voting members of the SPUM at this time need to make their presence known on the board for a role-call vote. This vote will determine the necessary majority for any future votes. Not replying to said Resolution vote will make you ineligible for future votes until you reapply for active membership (There is no voting necessary to do such.)

Eight member states responded to the role call, making eight active voting members.
 

Resolution 2-2000 (Procedural)

The following vote will decide the acceptance of the followingobserver member as a full voting member with all rights and privileges thereof.

Resolution 4-2000

Whereas the SPUM recognizes the self-determination of states to control their own destinies,
Whereas the SPUM applauds the choices for growth that the members of the New Worcester Kingdom have undertaken in a peaceful manner,

 Let it be resolved that:

1. the SPUM recognizes the Ancient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra as the Successor State to the New Worcester Kingdom.

2. the SPUM allows the representatives of theAncient Republic-Kingdom of Upper and Lower Habakkuk in Amon-Ra to assume all positions within the SPUM which are currently being held by those delegates of the New Worcester Kingdom.
