Grandmother
So
soft and gentle,
as
a woman could be.
Yet
stern and strong,
was
my dear nanny.
Hearts
filled with sadness,
to
never again see your face.
As
you journey home,
to
God's tender embrace.
In
our hearts we hold dear,
memories
of you.
You
are now with God,
and
Poppy too.
