Aimee's Art Gallery.....What can be said? She is only the envy of every amature artist on the web. Her art work is breath taking plus she has animation tutorials, interviews with animators (Including Glen Klene, the big guy at Disney)and....just check it out, you will be very glad you did.
Cammy art contest site (SteFan).....This is the home of the Cammy, (from the Street Fighter II videogame series)monthly art contest. Each month the winner(s) get something really cool all the way from Japan, Plus the owner (Stefan?) is a super nice guy and judges the work not just on abilities, but also on just the appelling nature of the works.
Monthly Gargoyle Contest.....Every month there is a different theme of gargoyle to draw. This is a hub of sorts for a growing group of 'Disney Gargoyles'hardcore fans. To see what I mean you can link to their different sites from there. But even if you are like me and not a huge fan, much of the original art work is exceptional, and everybody just has a lot of fun :-)
Monthly Video Game Contest..... Every month a new videogame character is selected for this art contest. Submissions must be in by the 15th of every month. This contest is fun as long as you are interested/know the character, if not, then its time to be creative.
KV's Air Castle.....I don't know what I can say about this site. It's another art site, uhmmm...Well if this guy's (girls?, I'm not sure which)art doesn't blow your mind, then you had better get it checked. I have never seen a 20 year old paint like this before. And you won't believe this, but he/she is just taking life drawing classes NOW!??
Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful PaintingsThe paintings this girl does are absolutley Incredable. Some were done in photoshop. What irks me is that she is only a year older that me and I dought my work will EVER be that good. If you like painting in photoshop then you'll really appreciate her work. (She doesn't even do this for a living!)
