well, there's me...

i can't really say that much about myself.  i love to write, but i have to be in the right mood.  i usually find that mood around one or two in the morning.  i lay in bed, unable to fall asleep, then eventually grab my little book that i write things in and spill my thoughts out onto paper.  that's all.

better known as my friend sara, she writes a lot, just like me.  the odd thing is, i never have any idea what any of her writing is about, which prompted me to make the offer of a $10 lechter's housewares gift certificate, which could get you a pretty nice egg wisk or paring knife. my guesses in regards to her poetry topics have ranged from a jar of cashews to shellfish, so you get what i mean.

morgan and kevin...

don't misinterpret this, it's not like they're a poetry writing team, or a duo like starsky and hutch or hall and oates. nooo...they just decided to write this one poem together for kicks.  i think it's an excellent one too.  i have read some of the things they have written themselves too, which are also excellent.

lauren...

i've known lauren for awhile but i never knew she wrote poetry until a little while ago.  she sent me a couple of them to put up on the site, which i think are great.  i hope i can read more of lauren's stuff in the future.

liz...

i know liz seems pretty vicious like from the poem she has on here, but in actuality she's a really nice girl. she just wrote it in response to some dude that was not right for her and made her feel horrible. good for you liz! hooray
