THE CROSS Two thousand years ago, upon a wooden cross, the Son of God did hang there, so our souls may not be lost. A place of burning sulphur that burns forever more. For many it is waiting. This is God's Law. The soul immortal cannot die. Woe to those that God defy. Oh Jesus Christ our Saviour, You prepared for us the narrow way. DEBT I hear the enemy, he is coming my way. He tells me, for my sins I now must pay. Because I have not repented, Gods heart has not relented. EVERYONE SINS Don't be over righteous, because enemies you will make. No one is perfect all people sin. So, those that are self righteous, are in for a fall. God will throw you away, like a ball. |
THE POWER OF GOD The awesome power of Almighty God who so quickly can destroy. In one thousandth of a second, the earth could be no more. The same then with creating. This world, the Lord he made. Oh Lord God Almighty! Have mercy on my soul, and let doing Your will, be my only goal. THE CHRISTIANS FUTURE I love the Lord Jesus, because He forgives all my sins. With Him, against Satan one always wins. The devil beats a hasty retreat, when of the word, we eat the meat. One day His children will go to their spiritual home - on highways of suffering, no longer to roam. Then your eyes on the truth shall alight - Jerusalem! That most wonderful sight. With the Lord face to face we will meet, in that beautiful place. REPENTANCE Some people, they do live a very long time, but if they have not repented, then it's not worth a dime. |
CHILDREN OF THE PROMISE
Oh, to live in the world of a child,
To spend each day an unbroken dream,
To wander round a most beautiful land,
Then rest awhile, by a magic stream.
Thoughts sublime, passing through the mind,
Unhindered by tragedy of any kind.
Surprises in great number,
awakening from sweet slumber.
Disappointment there, it was not found,
Though one for it, searched around.
Happiness supreme, of endless duration;
Everyday something new to look forward to.
Never in the mind, was it ever conceived
what the Lord has prepared,
for those that believe.
The children of the promise, can be you and me.
"The truth", the Lord said, will set you free.

THE LESSON A thousand times over Goes my prayer now up to You. I thank You for my punishment, Your will, I now will do. THE RIGHT ROAD Oh Lord! Banish the fear from my heart, so that being a Christian, I can start. |
FORGIVENESS The Lord prescribed the medicine to make me one day well. No longer do I remember my life that was all hell. Now, I can look forward to every rising sun. The victory, for me, the Lord has won. |
