how my friends all think
if they are alive
or just becoming drones.

Some as always
the story is the same
boring, getting by
different locations.

Others the same
spot but all imporant
details are different
marriage and adulthood.

The static sadden me
their lack of sight enraging
the dynamic elate me
their flexibility invigorating
