August, 1992-May, 1993 Hunan Literature and Art Publishing House Senior Editor & Copyright Adviser Dealing with copyright affairs including copyright dispute and copyright business June, 1993-Jnanuary, 1998 Copyright Administration of Hunan Province Head of Copyright Division Established copyright administrations in all the 14 cities and 65% of the counties in Hunan Province; Dealt with about 200 copyright infringement cases; Trained more than 500 copyright workers in organizations concerned; Set up the collecting society: Hunan Copyright Protection Association; Established Hunan Copyright Agency and serving as its general manager.

April, 1989 In Italy As an interpreter for a Chinese publishing delegation attending the 26th Children's Book Fair in Bolognia, Italy August, 1990-August, 1992 Working in Thailand as an interpreter for the Bangkok of the China Hunan Economy and Technology Cooperation Corporation as well as a general manager for The Great Wall Hotel in Bangkok invested by the corporation and Thai entrepreneur. August, 1995 In Sweden and Swiss Awarded qualification by WIPO of UN to attend the training course of copyright and neighboring right in Stockholm, Sweden and Swiss in August, 1995. ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES: Attended the following international seminars: Copyright and neighboring right protection in developed countries organized by UNESCO in Shanghai in July, 1984. Copyright protection by new technology organized by WIPO in Beijing in April, 1993. Regional copyright protection in Asia organized by WIPO in Kunming in April, 1994. Enforcement on copyright and neighboring right organized by WIPO in Chengdu in 1996.
