1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Water
2 Egg Whites
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Sugar
1 heaping cup crushed Ice
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for exactly 1
minute. Makes 2 drinks.
Try substituting Pineapple Juice for Orange Juice.
In an 8-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. Fill cup with steamed
milk and top with foam. Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
Variations: Use chocolate topping instead of syrup. Use chocolate fudge
syrup instead of syrup. Add 1/2 ounce Kahlua.

drink.)
