Fresh Fruit Salad with Orange Marmalade Glaze
    Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cups orange marmalade
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chiffonnade
3 pounds (or as much as needed) fresh fruit, cut or cubed

   Procedures:
    Cook sugar and water until the liquid boils one or two minutes. Add the
marmalade and return to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer five to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool. Store covered in refrigerator. Warm to room
temperature or warmer to use. Mix fruit, freshly cut mint and just enough
dressing to coat. Toss lightly and serve. Garnish with whole mint leaves and
berries.
