Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

Yield: 4 servings
2 large egg whites
1 can 15oz of Salmon
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Scallions (or Onion) finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat egg whites in medium size bowl.  Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into eight patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and bake 10-12 minutes (turn once) until golden brown on both sides.
