I am excited to report that Neely gave birth to Zoe Caroline Dodge in
New York City on Wednesday, April 7, 2004. As beautiful as her mother,
she weighed 7lbs. 6 1/4 oz. and measured 19 in. Neely and Zoe are both
at home doing splendidly.
Best regards,
Jeff

Hi Terry,
Jeff and I have some news...we're expecting a baby in
the spring, late March! Everything is going well. We
went for the first ultrasound a couple of weeks ago,
and that was pretty cool. The baby was very active
that day, moving around and waving. The parents are
all very excited. Of course, we're excited, too and a
little nervous.
That's all the news here.

Hi Terry,
On the baby front, we don't know the sex, it's too
early. I'm only 4 months, but we keep referring to it
as DJ (Dodge Junior)! For some reason I get the
feeling that it's a boy, but who knows. So far
everything is good, all the test results have been
good. I'll try to send over the ultrasound pictures
from a few weeks ago.
Hang in there,
Neely
Larry and Kathy Helm have moved to Chicago. Larry has been promoted to a higher position with Bank One and he and his wife maintain homes in Dallas and Chicago. Good going Larry!
James Parks and his wife Margaret have moved to Prague, Oklahoma from Oklahoma City. I don't have their new address yet but will ask MM or Jim for it.
Our sympathies go out to the family of Anthony E. "Tony" Greene who died from a heart attack on Palm Sunday, March 24, 2002. Tony had received a kidney transplant in 1999 and had battled rejection (and the drugs that fight against rejection) on a fairly constant basis since then. see Death Notices
Terry Belcher has had cataract surgery on both eyes. Surgery was successful and he reports having 20/20 vision in both eyes now. Still needs a "weak" perscription for reading and doing computer work and complains of sensitivity to light but is happy to be seeing again.
Neely and Jeff Dodge are happy in their new apartment in New York City. Neely says she's still putting the finishing touches on the move in.
Judy and Steve Pinner are in the process of building a gazebo over their sauna. Steve is suffering from back pain so their "ballroom dancing" has been put on hold.

I have just talked to my sister (Judy Pinner) Tuesday, September
11 and she informs me that both Neely and Jeff Dodge (pictured
at left), who both work close to the World Trade Center, are o.k.
Neely was on her way to work when the terrorist attack occured. She is
now at her apartment and is safe and sound. Jeff had already arrived at
work and currently is trying to make it home through the chaos and debris.

Just wanted to let you all know that Jeff and I are ok. We've been able to track down all of our friends and everyone is safe, thank God. All I can say is that this is a very surreal experience.
Peace and safety be with you all.

Hi Terry,
I e-mailed you at your juno acct, it's the only one I thought was working! I'll add this address to my book. We are both ok. All of our close friends have been accounted for. This whole episode has been very surreal. Morgan Stanley headquarters in Midtown, the building where I work was closed by 9:30am. As you've probably seen on the reports, we were the largest tenant in the WTC. 3500 employees worked there. I don't think anyone I knew was there, but am not 100% sure.
Jeff works downtown and said that the area is covered in smoke and debris. He likens the scene to a nuclear winter.
More details later. Thanks for the warm thoughts.
Hugs,
Neely

Subject: Some e-mails from the family
Hi Terry,
Thanks for passing these along. The outpouring of heartfelt words has just been amazing over the last 6 days. We really appreciate all the kind words, thoughts and prayers from everyone. They've been very helpful.
Tomorrow is supposed to be business as usual, whatever that is, with the financial markets being open. I must say, though, that I'm very anxious about Jeff going to his office downtown, which is about 6 blocks from the WTC, and in the financial district.
More later...Neely
