call her "Grandmommy," it was time to change to "Grandmother" --
will never happen!
* during one of his trips to Okemah, he and Robert "peeled" shotgun
shells --they found "Grandmommy's red button!
* the best time he ever had in Okemah was driving the Homecoming
Queen (Amy) for the half-time crowning ceremony in his dad's
Corvette
* a boat/fishing trip with his Dad to Lake Ray Hubbard and slamming
his fingers in the door of the old 9165 Ford
* his mother dragging him to an Arlo Guthrie concert
* the year they all forgot Mother's Day -- she didn't speak,
cook, clean, etc., for a very long time -- they'll never forget
again!
