Here's the thing. Me and Daniela don't believe in religion. Now before you start calling us various names, we're going to set this straight. Just because someone doesn't believe in God or religion doesn't mean they are satanists. Me and Daniela are not satanists. Besides, think about it. Satanism is the same thing as religion with God only upside down. If we don't believe in religion at all why would we be satanists? So don't call us satanists. Second of all do not threaten us with eternal damnation (hell). We don't believe in religion aka Heaven & Hell. Therefore all threatening of us going to a place we don't believe exists will just make you look dumber. Also, although we dont believe in religion, we dont bitch at people who do. We may think it is goofy but we will not go and preach at them that they are bad and so forth because we realize that saying these things wont bother them if they really believe what they believe. So we ask that you dont preach at us, cuz we wont change our views and opinions just beacause you said we were wrong. Lastly, try to keep an open mind. I don't understand where people get this idea that there is one person who did everything and his name is God, and he had a son, etc. First of all, how they know, without a doubt, that a guy created the universe, and there wasn't a big bang, is beyond me They weren't there when the world was created, no one was to verify, that yes, God was the one who created all this (by the way my teacher recently said that were starting to see the light from the big bang......). People also know that God created man. They know God himself is a man. They know he lives in Heaven. They know without a doubt that there is a Heaven, and after you die, if you do things the way God tells you, you get to go there. I'm really confused about this, though. Because once your dead, you can't communicate with anyone. So how do they know that Heaven exists at all? And this whole getting into Heaven deal. You have to do things exactly right, you can't steal, murder, or lie among other things. So basically the way I see it, you have to be like them. Conformity, it's the way to go. I guess I just have no idea what I'm talking about, b/c I keep hearing about how God loves everyone, and is perfect. But if God loves everyone, I don't understand how he could send certain people to Hell. It's like "Yes, I do love you, but sorry, you didn't do everything exactly like I told you to, so you go to Hell now, sorry." And everyone's all like, not if you apoligize. I'm sorry but I'm not gonna apoligize for my life. I don't see why I should apoligize for not confroming to society. I just don't see how this is possible. Everyone keeps telling me you just have to believe. Believe that there is a Savior who makes things right. I'm sorry. I can't believe there is God when I think about the starving children all over the world and people dying every day from Cancer and other horrible diseases. I can't have faith when I look at people who are so depressed that the only way out is for them to try to take their life. God has given me no reason to believe in him. When he does, I'll think twice about this whole god deal. But in this life I haven't had one speck of proof to make me think otherwise. | ok. i dont believe in religion for several different resons. i can see why ppl might wanto believe in a god . And that is simply because then they can blame everything on god or satan, and so then they dont feel as bad. And the whole heaven and hell thing is just silly cuz everyone does sumtin bad, and who is to judge what is good or bad anyways. Plus anyone who does sumtin bad gets off the hook when they pray for forgivness. Also i dont know how anyone can belive in god or whoever without somekinda proof. i mean they waste alot of their lives worring about if they are going to heaven or not, and they are basing their belief on a book. Imagine if i walked around centering my whole life around"Where the wild things are" or sumting of the sort. I would be a freak! but that is just about the same as what billions of ppl do with the bible and other religios texts. Also i dont believe in religion because it gives all the credit of anything to some entity that noone has everseen. Like on tv when someteam wins the superbowl, they say"we couldnt of done it without the help of god" Thats kinda dumb, cuz they were the ones playing, not god. Also why wasnt god helping the other team? Thats not very fair. Another thing that bothers me about religion is that ther are so many of them. Shouldn't there only be one?? What if Christians were right, and there is a god, and there was a jesus, and all that. Then what about all the other religions that have more than one god, or dont believe on jesus, what happens to them? THey would spend there life beleivig in sumtin different and when they died, since they didnt believe in all the christion bullshit, they would go to hell.That dont make much sense. And why if there is a god, are there people like me and abby that dont belive in him. Wouldnt he try to tell me that i was wrong. Wouldn't he do sumting bad to me because i have commited so many sins? No. I guess not because so far my life has been pretty peachy, i dont suffer from any weird disease, i am not very poor etc. Also religion contradicts the hell out of itself. LIke the bible says to be good and just not to kill, blah blah blah. But more people have died because of religion than anyone else. I guess some people need to believe in sumtin. Like ppl who livein horrible conditions or have a life threatening disease, They need to believe that someone cares and that they are going to go to heaven when they die and life is just a little burden. I guess believing in god is the only thing that keeps some people alive. That is probably the only thing good about religion. But its just a big lie. These people just want tobelieve that there IS sumtin better, because their life is so awful. BUt god never helps them. They keep on living a shitty life, waiting for god to help them, hoping that someday things will get better, but that day never comes, and nothing happens, cuz " god really doesnt seem to give a shit about them. but anyways, thats just my opinion. �
