When life for me on earth comes to an end
Do not mourn for me my friend
Know that life has been very good to me
No matter how far back I look, you see.
I treasure each event no matter how sad
Or joyous, how painful or rewarding, for
It's what God laid out for me, nor
Do I have any regrets for errors made
Where lessons learned and success
With happiness was paid.
We are here for such a little while
It's not worth a frown, but joy when we smile
We should not , fret or feel that life has done us wrong
Be patient breathe freely for it won't last long
Through the darkest cloud the sun will suddenly burst bright
And all the world will shine with God's light.
