Gone to be with BAST

This is the resting place for some of the cats of the North Brighton area. This territory is about three blocks from the Charles river, it borders on Watertown and Cambridge Ma. The cats you see here came to the LOLLY HUTCH feeding station for STRAYS. That's right, none of these cats had the comfort of a home or a human friend. All they had was a couple of hard years ducking under cars and running from others. For many the cars were the instruments of their deaths. For others living under porches in the winter and the scarcity of food, or after having one litter of kittens and succumbing to the elements or disease was the cause.

These cats are missing for weeks and months

and assumed DEAD....
