Rules
1. Once every week, on Monday at 9:30 PM Eastern time, all members must join a chat room to attend a meeting. We will discuss how we can better advertise and also gain and sell more tapes.
2. Members must turn in a list of all previous traders and clients. This list will, in part, go towards the Good and Bad traders sections of this site.
3. Every month you offer some kind of special. For example, a lot of people requested the Non-Perfect Cell Saga in trades, so for this month I am only charging $3 for anything in the Non-Perfect Cell Saga.
4. We all let each other know when we've made a sale or trade. The purpose of this is so that we know how each other is doing buisness-wise.
5. No order will be turned away. If you have too much already and cannot handle it, pass it to someone else. If the order is too large take half and give half to the other guy. The reason for this is that customers do not like having their orders disapproved. If you dissaprove someone even once 9 times out of 10, they're never going to come to you again.
(NOTE: If it is felt by a member that a trade/order should be turned down, we ALL vote on what to do about it - see Rule # 6 for more info.)
6. If approached, you may do one of the following:
  • Take the order
  • Give it to someone else
  • Only if you feel they are so untrustworthy you can't handle them and have found factual evidence against them, or someone vouches against them, then you can turn down the trade/order
7. You must have a link to all other member sites in D-Ball Z: Suspension on your page (including this page).
8. We never send tapes first in a trade. The person that offers the trade should naturally send tapes first.
