      #CherniiMetal was created on IRCnet by an Slovene, Russian and
      Serb, as result of mistreatment on international #BlackMetal channel.
      #CherniiMetal, as strictly nationalistic channel was born. It's
      members were mainly Polish, with few South Slavs. Polish members kept
      channel alive by keeping their bots there, but due various conflicts
      bot was removed and channel ceased to exist. At the same time, IRC war
      with #BlackMetal was still on, and after few unsuccessful takeovers,
      all Slavs were broke into small groups and lost touch with one another.
    

      As time was passing, few of them reunited on other network,
      Undernet. Reason for creating new Slavic channel was the same as on
      IRCnet - anti-slavic behaveiour and national discrimination.
      Reincarnation of IRCnet's #CherniiMetal was now #Panslovenski, whose
      existence was rather unstable due lack of Slavic supporters and
      incapability to register it. During that time, situation on
      #BlackMetal culminated and led to absolute break down among Varjags
      (who hold the channel and make majority on it), their supporters -
      collaborationists and Slav minority which kept being molested,
      mistreated and highly discriminated.
    

     From now on, let this channel be gathering place for Slavs all over the
     world, to resist contionus abuse by those pathetic ones who lost touch
     with history and forgot about might of Slavic race! To isolate
     ourselves, and purity of our race from inferior ones! To reign they way
     it's supposed to be reigned! To crush the pathetic!
