Organisation of the Channel

      Channel consists two main organs: 
      
        Secretariat and 
	
Central Committee.

      Central Committee brings all main decisions and represents main
      ruler of channel. It's constituted of the most loyal and dedicated
      channel members of slavish nationality. All CC members have voice
      (+v). Central Committee meetings are held on General Secretary's
      request, and they take place on separate channel, with +i flags.
      During meeting, only General Secretary has Ops (@); channel is
      moderated (+m); and all members are voiced (+v). One has to ask for
      word if he wants to talk, if not he'll be unvoiced (-v).

       Secretariat  represents executive force of Central Committee.
      It brings decisions of CC to reality and does administration of
      channel. All Secretariat members have Ops (@). Secretars are chosen
      and removed by CC, and they can have different obligations:
      organisation, agitation, administration, infromation...

       Rules of the Channel 

      
         No Varjags on channel allowed without guarantees of CC members;
	
 Oral desecration of Slavish nation, culture and tradition results
	  permanent banning;
	
 Allowed languages are english as official and all slavish
	  languages;
	
 No political discussions allowed;
