BADMINTON AT SCHOOL
Let me tell you how my experience with badminton started. Although I had contact with badminton in 1st grade PE, what we did was simply to hit the ball up and down and I couldn't hit the ball at all!! Anyway, in Form6 Dio, I joined the badminton team in my school. My very supportive friends Belinda&Ada helped me go from knowing totally nothing about badminton and losing 0-12 in my first game to being a... maybe slightly above average player, since I win a bit more than I lose. Anyway, PRACTICE is the most important thing. Although I never got a coach, I think it would be good to get one, coz a good coach can really make a very interested novice player improve real fast. Oh, i still can't quite smash though>< Perhaps if I get better, I'll put on my page "a guide of learning how to play badminton" or something.^^
