There are some artists who
know to bring complicated ideas in simple ways. One of them is TAJOKA who lived and worked in DORDRECHT those days (1957 ). He still lives there. He became one of my dearest friends and together with THEO BENNES we spent many a night throwing the coins for the I TJING. The influence of ZEN was there and that is to be seen in the drawing at the right, a beautiful gamma from white to black, with all the greys in between; marvellous. Several exhibitions were made with the work of TAJOKA in gallery .31. Year 1961. 12-3, washed drawing in HABUKU style. Size: 42 x 62 cm. |
