On this very moment MARCEL WANDERS (1963) is one of the most important designers in the Netherlands. He is working
for several companies in the field of design. He graduated "cum laude" at the art school "Hogeschool voor de Kunsten" in
Arnhem (1988). He walked away with important prizes and work is to be seen in some prestigious museums in the world
[MOMA, (New York), Stedelijk Museum, (Amsterdam), Boymans van Beuningen, (Rotterdam), Centraal Museum, (Utrecht)}
Foamy material is cut in a form, this form is soaked with china-clay(porcelain), this is put in the
oven and by very high temperature, the foam burns away and the rest is the bowl that was meant.
The name Bro's as the bowl is called means 'brittel' and makes us think of a kind of choclat bar.
