The Neighborhood Guide (NG) is a group of FC-citizens who volunteer to browse the streets of Victoria Park.
If we find a very good site we ask the VP-ministers to recommend it on the VP-main page, but if we find a page which is breaking the FC-rules, we see to that it is deleted.
