Greetings,

Today is what we call the United Nations International Disabled 
Persons Day.

Deaf Watch Newsletter is participating in this by making a small, 
yet interesting, adjustment to the Deaf Watch Awardee's websites.
Those websites that chose to upload the Deaf Watch Award badge from 
our server will see a special commemorative badge in it's place only 
today.  Tomorrow the badge will return to normal.

We have chosen these four websites to carry the Deaf Watch 
Gold Award.  They are:

These four websites listed above are dedicated websites and they 
do a lot to promote the Deaf community and they stand tall above 
the crowd.  

All of our award winners are role models for the disability community 
worldwide.  They show us that we can be strong as a community and this
is the day for us to demonstrate it.  The award winners are from websites 
hosted in many countries around the globe and they all share the spirit of 
the disability unity and promote ourselves.

the special badge and the lists of our award winners.

We hope that you all will celebrate United Nations International Disabled
Persons Day in you own ways.  It only strengthens us as a community.
