Dear Senator Boxer,

     Thank you very much for sponsoring this bill.

     Even though this bill lacks an important remedy to the problems people with
disabiltiy face in the workplace, funding for increased enforcement of the
Americans with Disabilities Act, this bill is still a good direction to go.

     Thank for caring. Thank you for acting. Thank you for representing your
disability constituency with all the sensitivity, humanity, and support we deserve.

     The disability community is one of the largest and most underrepresented
groups in the state as well in the nation.   The disability community is also
becoming one of the fastest growing disenfranchised group of discrimination
victims in the United States.
