First...

This is my ongoing school history project. At my middle school they changed the curriculum this year. Last year we studied Latin America and Canada, and this year we were supposed to study ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome, from before AD 0 to the fall of the Roman Empire and the Middle Ages. But they cut Latin America out of the curriculum for the sixth graders so now they have ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome, and we get from AD 0 and on.
I really wanted to study Egypt. The culture has always fasinated me, and I couldn't wait for this year so I could finally get to study the Egyptians. And I was pretty upset when I found out they were cutting it. So I talked to my core teacher (core is language arts, social studies and reading) and she said I could study them on my own. I proposed an ongoing extra credit project - this webpage.

Now...

This is the page. Since it is an ongoing project, it will be updated often and will be growing more complex and informative.

Please look around. I find all three cultures very interesting, and so I will try to make the page itself interesting.

And...
please come back!
