Many years ago, an Angel appeared to a young girl called Mary.

She was only a teenager at the time! This angel revealed God's plans for her - that she was chosen to bear Jesus, the Son of God!

With fear in her heart, and without all of the facts, Mary said YES to God's plans.

She said, "I am the handmaid of the Lord, let what You have said be done to me."

Let us ask ourselves what we would have done in this situation! Would we have said Yes?...or would we have said 'No, I'm too busy! Find someone else!' or.....would we have slowed down long enough to listen to the angel, or....would we have quickly looked at our appointment books and asked the angel to come back at a more convenient time????

Lord, our challenge today is to develop the trust and faith that Mary had in You, and always say Yes to God.
