September 17, 2003

5:30 pm     Milk can supper for hobos and special guests.
3:00 pm     Carnegie Library open and computers reserved for hoboes.
7:00 pm    Hobo campfire, Evening jam session, box car museum opens.

September 18, 2001

Hobos arriving all day.
9:00 am: Sound system arrives, building of stage.
9:00 am: Vegetable cutting, and making of stew.
11:45 am: Bus arrives for performers going to Senior Center for lunch and concert.
1:00 pm: Lunch
2:00 pm: Seating setup.
3:00 pm: Carnegie Library open and computers reserved for hoboes.
5:30 pm: Serving of stew.
7:00 pm: Campfire lighting and comments - ENTERTAINMENT BEGINS!
10:30 pm: Sound system turned off, impromptu jam session.

September 19, 2001

Hobo art and crafts on display all day. Get the annual Quiet Mike t-shirt from General Lee before they're gone!
8:00 am: Vegetable cutting and making of stew, Cleanup.
1:00 pm: Lunch.
3:00 pm: Carnegie Library open and computers reserved for hoboes.
5:30 pm: Serving of stew.
7:00 pm Entertainment.
10:30 pm: Sound system off, impromptu jam session.

September 20, 2003

8:00 am: All cars off street for "Univest 100K Cycling Race".
This is a community event not related to Hobo Gathering.
8:00 am: Vegetable cutting, making of stew, Cleanup.
9:00 am: Jungle Amateur Radio station opens.
10:00 am: First of 700 cyclists should be passing camp.
12:00 noon: (Tentative) Brunch at the Perkiomen School Dining Hall for Hobos.
3:00 pm: Group photo of Hobos on tracks.
4:00 pm: Jungle radio closes.
5:30 pm: Serving of stew.
7:00 pm: Entertainment!
8:oo pm: Raffel Drawing
10:30 pm: Sound system off, impromptu jam session.

September 21, 2003

12 noon    Church service and Farewell service at campfire.
        All Hobos depart.
        Removal of kitchen area.
        MASSIVE CLEANUP (like we were never there).
