You sit in a traffic jam, it moves slowly.
In the distance ahead, you can see cars speeding up after a certain point
is reached.Is this a drunk driving check ? Immigration control ? There is
a police cruiser standing at the site. Finally you creep up to the site.
All there is to see is a police officer speaking to another party, and a
car with a crushed frontend. Everybody has been braking to get a good look
at this. Because of such roadside curiosities, your children are sad that

will contain a simple provision requiring CHP officers (after giving first
aid) to quickly unfurl on poles with extendable feet a thin nylon
sheet insulating the accident scence . We propose a dual stack system, in
which one sheet is placed on top of another for easy fitting of the poles
into police cruiser trunks. The shielding should have reflective warning
stripes, further protecting CHP officers who are at risk from passing cars.
