Released on illegal art!

Drawing the majority of my inspiration (and some of my sound material) from a few select films of the Chilean-born film director Alejandro Jodorowsky, (who, I understand, now resides primarily in Mexico City) I decided to create a series of musical vignettes with a somewhat Latin flavor. It was also my desire that these musical pieces have a surrealistic quality about them similar in spirit to the films of Jodorowsky. Even though I myself have no Hispanic or native ancestry, nevertheless having grown up and lived most of my life in the U.S. state of Arizona, which borders Mexico, my life has been influenced, enriched and surrounded by Hispanic culture – most especially Mexican culture.
