"songs from the alley"

This series of 12 musical vignettes about and inspired by street people, gamblers, hoboes, their lives, dreams, nightmares, etc. released on the Solipsism label and can be purchased through Self-Abuse Records (which is under the same management.)

Sound sources used in this recording: Whiskeyjug and chains, broken bottles, breaking bottles, balalaika and prepared balalaika, bowed saw, harmonica, various bowed and struck - kitchen tools - light fixtures - metal and brass objects, whistling, extended vocal techniques, kazoo, dragged and struck bricks, windchimes.
