AUTUMN and WINTER PROGRAMME 1999-2000

We are very fortunate that the Ven. Lama Panchen Otrul Rinpoche will again teach during this Autumn and Winter. He will address the problems faced by many people in their daily lives from a perspective based on the teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni. Panchen Otrul Rinpoche will use the `Four Immeasurables` as the focus of his teaching. These are as follows;

May all living beings possess happiness and the causes of happiness
May all living beings be separated from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May all living beings never be separated from the happiness that knows no suffering
May all living beings abide in equanimity, free from the attachment and aversion of holding some close and others distant.
