Zach Zachry, a native of St Simons Island, GA , has had a strong intrest in art since he was a child.
He has been painting since 1985 and recieved his formal education in art at Valdosta State College in Valdosta, Georgia and at The Savannah College Of Art and Design.
His paintings are influenced by those of the post-impressionists and the expressionists. He is fascinated by the relationship between Mother and Child. This close bond is a theme found throughout his work.
He is a member of the Glynn Art Assoiciation Pottery Studio and is represented exclusively by the Goad Gallerie on St. Simons Island.
