In order to bring Ranma back, they must collect all six pieces of his soul. The first is in Japan, and has the name Nako Hiroyama. This is his story and how he meets Akane, Ryouga and Genma.

The second piece is in America and Shampoo and Mousse are in hot pursuit. Once they capture her (YES, HER!), they get more than they bargained for...but from an unexpected source.

The third part of the sequel story takes place back at the Tendo Dojo. We see what's happened since the fight and the effects it had on the remaining residents...Also a new twist to an old problem!
