STEP 1

Score the box body piece. Do not fold. Place the box, scored side down and coat with glue.
Center the fabric, right side facing up, over the glued piece.

STEP 2

Trim the fabric even with the cut-out corners only.
Fold the remaining fabric to the other side of the mat piece and let it dry.

Fold the piece where it is scored.
Tape the corners into position to form a box.
Except for one long side and the bottom of the box,
coat the outside of the box with glue, avoiding the top rim.
Smooth the fabric, allowing 1/4" to extend on each end of unglued long side. Glue the fabric ends to the unglued side. Fold extra fabric to the bottom of the box. Clip the corners to remove excess fabric and glue it.
Coat one 7" x 9" box jacket with glue and place the matching mat board on top of it. Repeat with the other 2 pieces of the jacket and the two 3" x 9" pieces.

Mark and draw the placement lines for the box jacket. Coat one of the 7" x 9" pieces with glue and aligne it with Block A. Repeat with the 3" x 9" piece in Block B. THen repeat for the remaining 7" x 9" piece in Block C. Fold the excess fabric to the other side, trim the corners and glue into place.

Coat underside of Box A with glue. Center the jacket lining and smooth into place. It will extend 1" over into Block B for a hinge. Let it dry.

Coat the bottom of the box with glue.

Position the bottom of the box centered on the uncovered side, lined up with the box jacket fold. Press into place and allow to dry. Coat the underside of box with glue and press Block B to the glued area. Ise masking tape to hold Block B until the glue dries.

Cut, score and mark the tray piece. Do not fold. Glue the fabric into place covering all four sides of tray and folding the excess fabric to the underside.Trim the corners and glue down.

Measure and mark cardboard. Score along lines A and B. Turn the divider over and score Line C. Place divider with score lines A and B down. Glue divider covering over cardboard, folding the excess to the back. Fold along scores. Glue section 1 to Section 2. Insert the piece into the tray, gluing it to the bottom.
